Changwon City Government will be hosting the UCLG ASPAC Training Seminar and 12^th Executive Bureau Meeting on 19-21 October 2009. The UCLG ASPAC Training Seminar “Creating Livable Cities: Linking Plans to Projects” will be held on 19^th October 2009, the day prior to the Executive Bureau Meeting, co-organized by UCLG ASPAC, Cities Development Initiative for Asia (CDIA) and Changwon City Government.
