Konrad Adenauer Stiftung (KAS) intends to enter into an agreement with European Commission (EC) for providing technical assistance to EC supported project world wide in the area of “Governance and Home Affairs”. For this purpose, it is required to develop a pool of local consultants or experts with adequate qualifications who will manage specific projects or carry out assignments.

The experts should have at least 10 years experience in relevant disciplines as specified in the attached list.  They need to submit a CV and Statement of Exclusivity.
